Zircon Computing set out Version 3.1 of the Zircon Software Product Suite which is of adaptive middleware and high-performance software. It also announced that it will offer a trial license for practice in up to 256 cores free of cost through May, 2010.
With this start, Zircon software offers several performance improvements. It includes in-process multi-core optimizations as well as exposes the influential zNet service delivery platform to C++ app developers. Zircon’s adaptive load balancer uses in-process multi-core optimizations to scale the parallel handing of service requests. By utilizing desktops and the servers available in an organization or in a cloud, Zircon software speeds up the performance of the application.
The zNet pattern-oriented middleware provides a wide-ranging array of functionality. It includes a real-time high-performance computing environment that facilitates the rapid improvement of cooperating business deals by simplifying and mechanizing key distributed programming tasks, as well as adaptive load balancing with real-time response.
Contrasting traditional distributed middleware, the software is uncomplicated to use, to install, and needs no new hardware, expensive consulting engagements, or reprogramming. The ability to “zEnable” any device in seconds carries parallel computing power to a lot of different environments. All of the Zircon software versions are completely compatible and gives you the purchase assurance and suppleness to grow your handing power and extend your application inter-operability to the end level.
The new enhancements are said to be a direct result of client requests and demonstrates commitment of the company to their customers and the marketplace. Now, clients can take full benefit of cloud computing environments and multi-core processors without considerable code changes or application retro-fitting.
Zircon also declared that a free trial license will be made available for download by May, 2010 for usage in up to 256 cores. It also published developer’s documentation, with wide-ranging examples, and an up-to-date product overview guide is available at the company website.
